⚠ Beware of fraud
Government schemes are free to apply for. Nobody needs your OTP, ATM PIN or a "processing fee". Money only comes into your own bank account (DBT). If someone asks for money, report it at your Block office or call 1930 (cyber fraud).

Ask a volunteer from your village — post a request in Community Help. Your Anganwadi worker, Gram Panchayat office, CSC or Mo Seva Kendra can also help you fill the form.
