🪜 How to apply, step by step
- 1PMAY-G: your name must be in the Awaas+ survey list. Ask at your Gram Panchayat or Block (BDO) office.
- 2The Gram Sabha checks the list, then the Block issues sanction and the work order.
- 3Money comes to your bank account in parts as the house is built; photos are taken at each stage.
- 4AGY: get the form from rhodisha.gov.in or the Block office and submit it at the Block / Gram Panchayat.
📌 Good to know
- Houses damaged by a cyclone or flood can qualify under Antyodaya Gruha Yojana — ask the BDO after a disaster.
- Whether the Awaas+ survey is open for new names right now — ask at the Block office.
- Odisha extended AGY to 2029 in October 2026 with about 2.9 lakh more houses (news report).
