Land records (Bhulekh)

Odisha's land records — the Record of Rights (RoR, also called khatiyan) — are on the government's official Bhulekh website. Viewing them online is free.

Open Bhulekh (official) ↗

How to check your RoR

  1. 1Open the official Bhulekh website (link below).
  2. 2Select district Kendrapara.
  3. 3Select your tahasil, then your revenue village (mouza). The mouza name can differ from the village name people use.
  4. 4Search by khata number, plot number or tenant (owner) name.
  5. 5Open the Record of Rights (RoR) to see the plots, area and land type for that khata.

Need a certified copy or a correction?

An online view is for information. For a certified copy, mutation (name change after sale or inheritance) or a correction, contact your Tahasil office or Revenue Inspector.

Be careful

Use only the official website. Don't pay agents to "check" records, and don't share OTPs.

Ama Kendrapara does not store or show land ownership records — they contain personal details and the official site is the only source. Looking for nearby places instead? Open your village page.
